I left W-L and went to school at Howard University as a Fine Arts Major (Graphic Design) and transferred to Pratt Institute in my last year for a BFA in Interior and Environmental Design. I stayed in New York and worked at the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation the first (CDC) in the nation founded by Robert Kennedy. I left after a year attending Columbia University for a Masters Degree in Architecture. All this taught me was how to think. I worked briefly at Gruzen & Partners (a twin from my class worked their too!) and up and left for Southern California, marrying on the way in Las Vegas. All that and other cities later I had good work experiences at Cummins Engine and enjoyed life in Indianapolis, IN. I transferred to a plant in Whitikers, NC and built a consulting business after leaving which I have to this day in Raleigh, NC. I draw, grow flowers, pamper my cat, write articles, volunteer, and work out. Life is very good.
